Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher, assisting with classroom management and providing tailored support for pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis. You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment, helping children thrive academically and personally.

What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
*A passion for working with children and supporting their learning
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Flexibility, positivity, and a proactive approach
Responsibilities:
*Supporting the class teacher with classroom management
*Delivering one-to-one and small-group interventions
*Ensuring the classroom is safe, tidy, and organised
*Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
