Salary: Circa £40,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with occasional Saturday mornings on a rota basis
We are currently seeking a qualified Chartered Surveyor to join a well-established and reputable practice based in Newton Abbot. This is an excellent opportunity for a professionally qualified individual, ideally with experience in rural practice, to become part of a friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
*Undertaking a range of professional surveying duties across rural and general practice work
*Providing advice on land and property matters
*Conducting valuations, inspections and reporting
*Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
*Supporting wider business activities within the practice
Requirements
*MRICS qualified (essential)
*Previous experience within a rural practice environment (preferred)
*Strong technical knowledge and understanding of surveying principles
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
*Full UK driving licence
