Do you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in estate agency valuations and ready to take on a senior, commercially focused role?
We’re recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a nationally recognised estate agency group. This is a senior leadership opportunity within a well-structured, high-performing business offering strong progression, excellent support, and the backing of a major UK property brand.
This role would suit an ambitious and commercially driven property professional who is confident leading valuations, growing market share, and contributing to the overall success and performance of a busy branch.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
*Drive branch growth and increase market share across the local area
*Conduct and oversee valuations, ensuring strong instruction conversion
*Manage and support all stages of the sales process from instruction to completion
*Build strong relationships across the local community to strengthen brand presence
*Monitor performance, KPIs, and budgets, implementing strategies to improve results
*Work closely with senior management to maximise deal value and overall performance
*Deliver an exceptional customer experience that generates repeat business and referrals
Sales Valuer Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years’ estate agency experience (Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or above)
*Proven ability to win instructions and deliver strong valuation performance
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Strong commercial awareness and understanding of local competitor activity
*Ability to create and deliver effective business plans
*Full UK driving licence (manual)
*Consistent track record of delivering outstanding customer service
What’s on Offer?
*£30,000 – £32,000 basic salary
*Circa £60,000 OTE with uncapped earning potential
*6-month guaranteed earnings period
*Company car and/or car allowance

*Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm. Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 5:00pm (with a day in lieu)
