On behalf of Computershare, we are looking for a Digital Transformation & Portfolio Delivery Director for an initial 12-24 Month contract based in either their London or Edinburgh Office, on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.

We are seeking an exceptional transformation leader to join our Issuer Services business and lead a portfolio of high-profile strategic programmes that will shape the future of our organisation globally.
This is a highly visible, senior leadership role responsible for overseeing large-scale digital transformation initiatives, strategic investments, regulatory programmes and business-critical change across 22 international markets. Reporting into executive leadership, you will be responsible for driving complex programmes from strategy and business case development through to implementation, benefits realisation and measurable business outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You will lead a significant portfolio of transformation activity, managing multiple concurrent programmes, products and workstreams across business, operations and technology teams.
*Lead a portfolio of strategic programmes and value streams aligned to business objectives and growth priorities.
*Ensure programme investments deliver measurable outcomes, benefits and return on investment.
*Align delivery roadmaps with organisational strategy, customer needs and regulatory requirements.
*Drive portfolio prioritisation and investment decision-making.
What you will bring to the role:
*Significant experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes within Financial Services.
*Sufficient technology understanding to lead delivery effectively, although deep technical expertise is not required.
*Experience managing complex portfolios consisting of multiple programmes, products and workstreams.
*Strong strategic thinking and leadership capability.
