Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established operations team based in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-quality environment, handling products across ambient, chilled and frozen areas.
This is a temporary, full-time role (38.75 hours per week) with the potential for overtime.
Key Responsibilities
*Picking and packing orders to meet targets
*Receiving deliveries and storing goods correctly
*Using inventory systems to log stock
*Following production orders and completing packaging tasks
*Completing GMP paperwork accurately and on time
*Carrying out stock checks, cycle counts and waste management
*Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
*Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
*Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
*Reporting any health & safety or quality concerns
*Working collaboratively as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
*Good attention to detail
*IT literate
*Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
*Strong team player with a proactive attitude
*GCSE-level Maths and English (or equivalent)
*Comfortable working in ambient, chilled and frozen (-20°C) environments
Desirable:
*Experience in a warehouse, GMP, or regulated environment
