Enfield | Up to £85,000 + Package + Progression
A well-established main contractor with multiple divisions is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of cladding, façade, recladding, building envelope and remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
*Commercial management of cladding, façade and external envelope projects
*Preparing and reviewing pricing, variations and change control
*Managing subcontractor procurement, packages and accounts
*Producing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts
*Cost reporting, forecasting and commercial reporting
*Contract administration and risk management
*Liaising with clients, site teams and subcontractors
*Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
*Ensuring commercial targets and project profitability are achieved
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
*Experience with cladding, recladding, façade, EWS, fire remediation or external wall system projects preferred
*Strong commercial, contractual and negotiation skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
