In this role, you and your colleagues will manage a substantial portfolio of residential blocks, providing support to both tenants and landlords while ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard. No two days are the same, as you’ll split your time between the office and visiting local properties across Eastbourne. Business mileage is fully reimbursed for any site visits.
Your responsibilities will include handling maintenance issues, liaising with contractors, conducting property inspections, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the portfolio.

To be successful, you will need:
