About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our high-quality home care service in Cheltenham. This is a fully office-based leadership role, responsible for service quality, compliance, staff management, and operational performance across the local area.
You’ll oversee both office and field teams, ensuring exceptional standards of care while driving the continued growth and success of the service.
What We’re Looking For
*Level 5 in Health & Social Care (essential)
*3–4 years’ experience in care management
*Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
*Confident managing staff, audits, care planning, and service quality
*Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
*Ability to support occasional on-call duties when required
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and manage all office and field-based staff
*Ensure full compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards
*Oversee care planning, assessments, reviews, and safeguarding
*Maintain high-quality service delivery and excellent customer experience
*Support recruitment, training, supervision, and staff development
*Manage scheduling, documentation, and office operations
*Drive service growth and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
*Ensure accurate reporting, payroll, invoicing, and record-keeping
