Full job descriptionJob DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Practice Accountant to join a well-established and growing accountancy practice within a supportive and professional team.
What You’ll Be Doing:• Managing a portfolio of clients including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.
• Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts and corporation tax returns.
• Completing VAT returns, management accounts and other compliance work.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing advice and support.
• Supporting and reviewing the work of junior team members.
What We’re Looking For:• ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience with significant practice experience).
• Previous experience working within an accountancy practice.
• Strong knowledge of accounts preparation, tax and client management.
• Experience using cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
