Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Do you have experience teaching children with complex additional needs and adapting learning to meet a wide range of abilities?
We are recruiting for a full-time SEN Teacher to join a specialist educational setting in Central Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and inclusive environment, helping pupils with complex needs achieve their full potential.
ECTs are encouraged to apply, provided they have experience working with children with special educational needs and are committed to delivering high-quality, personalised learning.
The Role*Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with complex SEND.
*Adapt lesson plans, resources, and teaching strategies to ensure all students can access learning.
*Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment.
*Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider professionals to support student progress.
*Monitor, assess, and record student achievement and development.
*Support pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and communication needs.
Essential Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Experience teaching children with complex special educational needs.
*Ability to differentiate and adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs and abilities.
*Strong classroom management and communication skills.
*A patient, creative, and flexible approach to teaching.
*Commitment to promoting inclusion and positive outcomes for all learners.

*Mainstream Teachers with significant SEND experience.
*Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who have gained relevant SEN experience through placements, employment, or specialist settings.
