We’re recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and market-leading independent estate agency in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven property professional to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful lettings department while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
This position would suit an ambitious individual looking to progress within a forward-thinking business that offers genuine career development, ongoing support, and the opportunity to move into management.
The Role
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:
*Register applicants, arrange viewings, and match tenants to suitable properties
*Negotiate tenancy offers and manage the lettings process through to completion
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective applicants
*Manage a busy diary, ensuring viewings, appointments, and follow-ups are handled efficiently
*Prepare tenancy documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
*Support business growth through landlord instructions, property valuations, and referral opportunities
*Work closely with the Lettings Manager and wider team to achieve branch targets
Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
*Previous lettings, estate agency, sales, or strong customer-facing experience
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Proactive, target-driven, and career-focused approach
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*Leadership potential and a desire to progress into management
