We’re recruiting multilingual Customer Service Temps to support a major client during the World Cup, helping fans and guests with ticketing and event-related queries.
If you’re fluent in English plus French or Portuguese, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy helping people solve problems, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing*Supporting customers with ticketing and guest management queries
*Assisting fans and stakeholders via email, phone and digital channels
*Resolving booking, access and event-related questions
*Providing an exceptional customer experience during a high-profile global sporting event
*Escalating complex cases where needed
We’re looking for*Fluent English plus French or Portuguese (spoken and written)
*Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, hospitality, events or ticketing
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
*Confident using customer systems and managing multiple queries
