This senior-level opportunity is ideal for a confident leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving team performance.
As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
About the Role:
*Managing and developing a customer service team
*Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement
*Handling escalated customer queries and complaints
*Developing service processes and training programmes
*Collaborating with internal departments to improve customer journeys
About You:
*Proven experience in a senior customer service role
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
*Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics
*Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
Salary & Working Pattern:

£27,000 – £28,000 per annum

Full-time, Monday to Friday
