Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across a business? We’re partnering with a successful and growing organisation to recruit a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join their HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to broaden their experience across the full employee lifecycle while playing a key role in supporting managers, employees, and wider business objectives. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your expertise and ideas will help drive positive employee experiences and contribute to a strong workplace culture.
The Role
As HR Advisor, you will provide operational and advisory support across all areas of HR, ensuring policies, procedures, and best practices are applied consistently and effectively throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide professional advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
*Manage a range of employee relations cases, including performance management, absence management, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
*Deliver HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit processes.
*Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects aligned with business goals and people strategies.
*Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are kept up to date.
*Contribute to initiatives focused on employee engagement, workplace culture, and employee wellbeing.
*Provide general HR administration support and assist with payroll-related activities as required.
About You
We’re looking for a confident and organised HR professional with a passion for delivering excellent people support.
Essential Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role.
*Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing HR cases.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
*Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Desirable
*CIPD qualification (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential.
*Previous experience within a Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
