Are you passionate about improving the lives of people living with dementia and ready to lead best practice in a beautiful nursing home setting?


We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing care provider for an experienced Dementia Lead to join a welcoming and well-established nursing home in Cheshire.


This is an exciting opportunity for a dementia specialist, senior carer, team leader or care professional looking to take the next step in their career and make a genuine impact on resident wellbeing.


As Dementia Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind dementia care within the home, supporting the Home Manager to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. You’ll champion best practice, develop the team, support families, and help create an environment where residents can thrive.


This is a predominantly supernumerary position, with some shifts working directly alongside the care team and additional hands-on support provided as required.


About You
We’re keen to hear from candidates who have:
*Experience supporting people living with dementia within a care home setting
*Previous experience leading, supervising or mentoring care teams
*A relevant Health & Social Care qualification (Level 3 or above)
*A passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care
Desirable:
*Specialist dementia training or qualifications
*Understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
