Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + Benefits
Our client, a global energy group, is seeking an HR Systems Administrator to join their corporate HR team based in the City of London. This is a full-time opportunity offering a varied and hands-on role supporting the company’s HR systems, reporting, and employee data processes within a stable and internationally recognised organisation.
Responsibilities
*Maintain and update employee records across the HR system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
*Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of HR and payroll systems
*Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes within HR platforms
*Generate regular HR reports and management information, including headcount, absence, and employee data reporting
*Manage user access, permissions, and system troubleshooting for HR platforms
*Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HR processes
*Ensure HR documentation and records are accurately maintained and compliant
*Assist with auditing HR data and resolving discrepancies
*Provide first-line support to employees and managers regarding HR system queries
*Liaise with external system providers and internal departments including Payroll and IT
Candidate Requirements
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Administration, HR Systems, or HRIS support role
*Experience working with HR systems and employee databases
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Professional and discreet approach to handling confidential information
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and within a team
