Full job descriptionThe role of Supply Chain Finance Analyst in the FMCG industry involves analysing financial data to support supply chain operations and decision-making. Based in Anwick, this position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and finance.

Description
· Month end preparation - work with key stakeholders to ensure accurate cost detail / cost tracking and accruals are captured.
· Maintain relevant accrual and cost tracking documents
· Support on all forecast / budget processes
· Support Finance Lead to deliver accurate financial reporting, including detailed variance analysis
· Work closely with the Logistics team to review costs
· Proactively look for improvement opportunities in logistics accounting and control processes
· Support the Supply Chain Accountants and Finance Lead to embed standardisation and consistent ways of working across the company
· Support with all SOX and standard internal controls as required
· Support on external and internal audit processes as required relating to Supply Chain Finance
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Finance Analyst should have:
*A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
*Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
*Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*The ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
