Insurance Adviser – Private Medical Insurance

Location: Southampton

Salary: £35,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000–£70,000+)

As an Insurance Adviser, you will play a key role in helping customers find the most suitable Private Medical Insurance solutions for their needs.
*Managing inbound enquiries! No cold calling required!
*Conducting detailed fact-finds to understand each client’s needs, budget, and medical history
*Comparing insurance policies across a panel of leading providers
*Recommending the most suitable cover tailored to each individual
*Delivering a consultative, customer-first approach while meeting sales targets
*Handling all aspects of the sales journey from enquiry through to policy placement

*Previous sales or insurance experience is beneficial but not essential
