Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their well-established Family Law team in either their North London or Central London office. Family Solicitor Key Responsibilities:
*Care Proceedings and Public Law Outline (PLO) matters
*Private Children Law disputes, including child arrangements and parental responsibility issues
*Domestic abuse matters, including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders
*Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
*General family law matters, including issues affecting unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes
*Undertake advocacy work when required
