We’re looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join an expanding team in Wells, supporting Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional client experiences and high-quality financial advice.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing and maintaining accurate client records and data.
*Preparing reports, documentation, and meeting packs for advisers.
*Supporting the advice process from start to finish.
*Ensuring compliance through meticulous administration and record keeping.
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering professional and timely communication.
*Working closely with advisers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in financial services administration, financial planning, wealth management, pensions, or investments.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot inaccuracies.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach.
Proficiency with office systems and administration software.
A proactive, positive attitude and a desire to be part of a collaborative team.
