Michael Page are delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing business based in Solihull with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a fast-paced and busy HR team.
Due to the nature of this sector, this role is a fully-office based role.
Description
The role of HR Advisor is a busy, fast-paced, generalist role, supporting a Senior HR Business Partner and working across a wide range of stakeholders at this busy manufacturing site.
Duties will include but not limited to:
*Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
*Support the continuous improvement, implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures within the organisation.
*Support with recruitment processes
*Assist in performance management and appraisals to ensure employee development and alignment with company goals.
*Assist with organisational changes
*Prepare HR data and KPIs to support strategic decision making
*Up-skill management capability to deal with people matters promptly
*Support with various HR projects and initiatives
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
*Ideally you will hold or be studying towards CIPD Level 5
*You will be comfortable working in a busy, paced paced environment
