Aspire People is currently recruiting qualified Science Teachers to work in a number of successful secondary schools across Telford. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed teachers who can deliver engaging lessons and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Whether your specialism is Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science, we have a range of opportunities available, including long-term, short-term, and day-to-day positions.

The successful Science Teacher will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
A specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics would be advantageous
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science
The ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students
Excellent classroom management skills
Be based in or able to travel to Telford

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
Planning, preparing, and assessing students’ work
Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
Maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment
Following school behaviour management and safeguarding procedures
Supporting students in achieving their academic goals
