Full-Time | Monday–Friday| £92.63–£100 per day| Start Date: ASAP
A friendly and supportive primary school in Rugby is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time. As a result, you’ll be working at the heart of the classroom, helping pupils feel confident, settled and ready to learn each day. In addition, you’ll support the class teacher with small-group activities, daily routines and tasks that keep children engaged and progressing. At the same time, your calm, steady presence will help create a warm and structured learning environment where every child can thrive. Ultimately, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
*Supporting pupils in class, small groups and 1:1
*Helping children stay focused, confident and engaged
*Assisting with literacy, numeracy and classroom routines
*Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
*Supporting pupils with mild SEND needs where required
*Working collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff
*Contributing to a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment
What We’re Looking For
*Experience working with primary-aged pupils
*A patient, proactive and supportive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Confidence supporting learning across the school day
*Full-time availability, Monday–Friday
