Salary: £11,800 actual salary (£25,600 FTE)
About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist education provider for a Part-Time Administrator to join their team at their site in Thatcham. This is a varied and engaging position where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to support a busy and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Logging bookings and maintaining accurate records using SIMS
*Managing and responding to email and telephone enquiries
*Supporting the Business Manager, including assisting with finance-related administrative processes
*Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site
*Assisting teaching staff with ad-hoc requests
*Helping to ensure the efficient running of the provision
About You

The ideal candidate will:
*Be a self-starter with a proactive and organised approach
*Be confident in managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment
*Have strong communication and administrative skills
*Be comfortable carrying out some remote administrative tasks, while remaining connected to and supportive of the site team
*Enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to work independently
*Have good IT skills (experience of SIMS is desirable but not essential)
