Full job descriptionHR Advisor - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Sheffield - hybrid with occasional travel (Mainly South Yorkshire)
Salary: £35,000 + generous benefits
Hybrid - 3 Days Working From Home
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with one of our highly commercial and fast-paced clients, who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing HR consultancy team supporting an SME client base on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on, consultancy role where you’ll act as a trusted partner to a range of clients across a diverse range of sectors from manufacturing to healthcare. This could be supporting an existing HR function or providing specific HR solutions to MD’s and Directors/Managers. As a HR Advisor your day-to-day duties will include:
*Provide expert HR advice to a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships and delivering tailored support across a broad range of people matters.
*Advise on employee relations issues including absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management and family-friendly policies.
*Attend client meetings and site visits, supporting consultants in a ntoe-taking capacity
*Review, update, and prepare HR documentation including contracts, handbooks, policies, letters, and compliance-related records, ensuring adherence to current legislation and best practice.
*Coordinate HR training and events, managing bookings, communications, logistics, and supporting the delivery of learning sessions and webinars.
*Support commercial activities including client renewals, business development initiatives, reporting, and administration of client finance arrangements where required.
*Create engaging HR content including blogs, legislative updates, newsletters, and client communications, while gathering feedback and contributing to continuous service improvement.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards this and hold a drivers licence. Previous experience within a HR Advisor capacity is require with a strong understanding on HR issues and employee relations.
