£90 – £105 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September (start of the new academic year) | Potential to start earlier | Term-time only

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in BS10 seeking a dedicated 1:1 Inclusion Support Assistant to work closely with pupils who benefit from additional guidance, structure, and encouragement.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, proactive, and passionate about helping children thrive both in and out of the classroom.
The RoleYou will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs, including:
*Providing 1:1 support for children with SEND and SEMH needs
*Supporting engagement, emotional regulation, and confidence-building
*Assisting with small group and intervention-based learning
*Helping implement strategies to support behaviour and communication
*Working alongside the class teacher to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
Every day is different - from helping a pupil stay focused during a lesson to supporting them in building independence and self-belief.
What We’re Looking For*Experience working with children or young people
(e.g. schools, nurseries, youth work, sports coaching, camps, care or support roles)
*A calm, patient, and resilient approach
*Strong relationship-building skills
*Confidence supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
*A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
A Level 3 TA qualification is beneficial but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
