We’re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well-established lettings agency in the Shipley area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional yet welcoming team within a supportive office environment that values development, stability, and long-term career growth.
This role would suit an organised and proactive property professional who enjoys managing a varied portfolio and delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
*Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties
*Liaise with tenants, landlords, and suppliers to resolve maintenance and tenancy issues
*Instruct and coordinate contractors, scheduling works and appointments
*Follow up on outstanding repairs and ongoing queries
*Conduct property inspections, inventories, and routine assessments
*Maintain accurate records and ensure all property information is up to date
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants
Property Manager Requirements:
*Minimum 1 year’s experience in Property Management
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
*Confident communication and interpersonal skills
*Proficient with IT systems and property management software
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What’s on Offer?
*Up to £30,000 basic salary
*OTE up to £35,000 with bonus and commission structure
*Monday–Friday working with minimal weekend requirement
