What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Block Manager:
*Overseeing the management of a sizeable residential block portfolio
*Leading, supporting and motivating a small property management team
*Managing all aspects of Section 20 consultation processes
*Preparing service charge budgets and monitoring expenditure
*Liaising with leaseholders, freeholders, contractors and clients
*Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and company procedures
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Proven experience in residential block property management
*Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and Section 20 procedures
*Previous experience supervising or managing staff
*Excellent organisational and workload management skills
*Strong communication and client relationship-building abilities
*Professional, proactive and solution-focused approach
*ATPI, AIRPM, MIRPM or RICS qualification would be advantageous
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
