Brighton | Up to £55,000 | Hybrid Working (2-3 Days in the Office)
LHH is partnering with a growing international organisation to recruit an experienced People Partner.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic business partnering with operational HR delivery. Working closely with leaders across the business, you will play a key role in shaping people initiatives, supporting managers, driving employee engagement, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, and people processes.
* Manage a range of employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance cases, and conflict resolution.
* Support and deliver people projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
* Coach and develop managers to support high-performing teams.
* Utilise people data and insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
* Contribute to initiatives that promote inclusion, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
About You
* Proven experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role.
* Strong employee relations knowledge and experience.
* Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
* A solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
* Experience supporting international teams or working across multiple countries would be highly advantageous.
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* A passion for continuous improvement and delivering a positive employee experience.
