Remote (UK) | Full-time
Datalaw is looking for a creative and engaging Content Creator Coach to support apprentices as they develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for roles in digital content creation. You’ll deliver online teaching, provide 1:1 coaching, review creative work, and guide learners through their apprenticeship journey.
What you’ll do:
*Deliver online workshops and 1:1 coaching
*Support apprentices to meet all KSB requirements
*Review creative work including video, graphics, copy and social content
*Track progress, OTJ hours and compliance
*Hold monthly learning meetings and tripartite reviews
*Support portfolio development and EPA preparation
*Maintain accurate records and uphold Ofsted/DfE standards
What you’ll need:
*Strong industry experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media
*Excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills
*Ability to give constructive feedback on creative work
Desirable:
*Relevant qualification in content creation, digital marketing or media
*Teaching/coaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
*Assessor/IQA experience
*Experience supporting apprenticeships
