Location: Stafford, Staffordshire
Hours: 11:45 – 13:15
Contract: Part-time, term-time only
Pay: £14.25 /per hour
Zest Education are looking for a positive and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join a thriving primary school in Stafford. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for flexibility in their next role.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting students during lunch to ensure a calm, enjoyable environment.
*Supervising play on the playground and encouraging positive interactions.
*Helping in the dining hall with queues, seating, and routines.
*Promoting good behaviour and modelling kindness and respect.
*Working as part of a supportive team to keep lunchtimes running smoothly.
About You
You will be a great fit if you are:
*Confident managing groups of children
*Calm under pressure and able to think on your feet
*Reliable and punctual
*Committed to children’s wellbeing
*Have an Enhanced DBS (or be willing to complete one)
*Have previous experience around children (Ideally in a school setting)
Requirements:
*An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one).
*Previous experience in a similar role.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Flexibility to undertake any other cleaning duties as directed by the on-site team.
Zest Education are an APSCo audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
