Looking for a hands-on role with immediate work opportunities? Baltic Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our clients in and around the Newton Aycliffe area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and work as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparing and clearing sites for construction and landscaping projects
*Clearing debris, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring a safe working environment
*Setting up safety barriers and identifying potential hazards
*Loading, unloading, lifting, and distributing materials around site
*Operating hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
*Supporting site teams with general labouring duties as required

*A positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Ability to follow instructions from Team Leaders and Supervisors
*Good teamwork skills and an understanding of productivity targets
*Flexible and adaptable approach to work
*Reliable and punctual individuals who are keen to learn
