SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - Residential Lettings
Location: North Kensington, W10 6HJ
Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

Working as part of an experienced and professional team, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating tenancies, and delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
This position would suit an experienced lettings professional seeking career progression, although candidates with a strong sales background and transferable skills may also be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
*Registering applicants and matching them with suitable rental properties
*Conducting property viewings and securing tenancy agreements
*Negotiating offers and tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
*Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in residential lettings or a strong sales background with transferable skills
*Excellent sales, negotiation and closing abilities
*Outstanding customer service and communication skills
*Professional, ambitious and self-motivated approach
*Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
*Knowledge of North Kensington and surrounding areas would be advantageous
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
