Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join a specialist school in the Manchester area.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with students with Autism (ASC) and a range of additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
The Role*Deliver engaging lessons to small classes of students with SEND.
*Adapt learning to meet individual needs and EHCP targets.
*Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
*Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
*Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other school staff.
*Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable.
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
*Positive, patient, and adaptable approach.
*Passion for supporting students with additional needs.
Essential Requirements*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new DBS.
*Right to work in the UK.
*Ability to provide professional references covering the last two years.
