About the Role / Job Summary:
A public sector organisation requires a Finance Transformation Lead to support a major finance insourcing programme. This role will be pivotal in transitioning key finance processes back into the organisation, forming part of a broader finance transformation roadmap.
Key Details
*Pay Rate: £525 per day (Outside of IR35)
*Contract Duration: Until the end of March 2027
*Working Arrangement: 2 days a week on-site in Glasgow
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the successful delivery of a large-scale finance insourcing programme.
*Transition Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, VAT, and associated finance processes.
*Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive outcomes in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
*Integrate quickly into an established programme to ensure effective delivery.
*Contribute to broader business transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in finance transformation projects.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a consultancy environment.
*Proficient in driving outcomes within tight deadlines.
Experience Requirements:
*Experience in consultancy environments.
*Comfortable with direct client engagement.
*Ability to deliver at pace and take ownership of tasks.
*Focus on outcomes rather than activity.
*Thrive in fast-moving transformation programmes.
