Full job descriptionHR Interim – Employee Relations (Redundancy Support) – Cambridge Area
We have an urgent, short-term requirement for an experienced HR professional to support individual consultations for a redundancy process. Start ASAP—ideally next week.
Key Details:
*Immediate start (ASAP)
*4–6 week temporary contract; could be part-time (process duration flexible)
*Full or Part-Time Hours
*£40,000–£60,000 (£20-£30 per hour)
*Must have proven employee relations experience (not new to the process)
*Hands-on support with redundancy documentation, letters, templates—working with the Senior HR Lead
*Supported redundancy before (not required to lead)
*Local candidates only; role mostly on-site (Cambridge outskirts)
