Location: Southampton, Hampshire (Remote)
A global leader in sustainable climate and temperature-control solutions is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to join its OEM & Trade team. This role suits someone commercially driven, technically confident and motivated by helping customers find the right HVAC and Process Cooling solutions.
The Role
*Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
*Promote equipment and service solutions across HVAC and Process Temperature Control markets.
*Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
*Provide technical guidance, conduct site assessments and support solution design.
*Collaborate with engineering, project and marketing teams.
*Prepare sales forecasts, analyse market trends and support strategic planning.
*Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and internal processes.
About You
*Engineering qualification or relevant technical experience is an advantage.
*Proven sales experience, ideally within HVAC or refrigeration.
*Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
*Target-driven with a track record of achieving results.
*Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
*Full Right to Work and a valid driving licence.
