Position Details
Role: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Kensington and Chelsea
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Duties
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
*Deliver high-quality childcare and education in accordance with the EYFS framework
*Plan and implement engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
*Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
*Observe, assess, and monitor children’s progress
*Promote children’s emotional wellbeing and independence
Candidate Requirements
The successful applicant will:
*Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
*Have previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting
*Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
*Possess up-to-date safeguarding knowledge
*Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
*Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Work effectively as part of a collaborative team
