Reed is hiring a Business Manager to lead our Business Support and Accountancy & Finance specialism in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter ready to step into management, or an established Recruitment Manager looking to own and grow a successful, high-billing desk.
Business Support and Accountancy & Finance are core, commercially strong areas for Reed in this location, with long-standing clients, consistent demand and real scope for further growth.
What you’ll be doing
*Running a successful 360 recruitment desk across Business Support or Accountancy & Finance
*Managing and developing a small team of Recruitment Consultants
*Growing market share across the local area
*Building strong client relationships and winning new business
*Driving performance, quality and profitability
*Leading by example and championing Reed’s values

*Proven experience as a 360 recruiter
*Management experience or a clear ambition to step into leadership
*Strong sales drive, resilience and commercial focus
