Northampton (Brackmills) | Hybrid - 4 days in the office 1 from home (Driving required)
Up to £47,000 with car allowance plus uncapped bonus
Reed is hiring a Business Manager to lead our Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics sector in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter ready to step into management, or an established Recruitment Manager looking to own and grow a successful, desk.
This will be covering the whole of the Midlands focusing on building longstanding relationships with clients in the logistics, procurement and supply chain area, this is a growing market for Reed and we’ve seen growth year on year.

*Managing and developing a small team of Recruitment Consultants
*Growing market share across the Midlands
*Building strong client relationships and winning new business
