We’re looking for a Product & Propositions Executive to support the development, governance and ongoing management of our insurance products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in product management, customer insight and proposition development within a regulated environment.
What You’ll Do
*Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
*Support product development, customer journey improvements and change initiatives.
*Assist with product governance, documentation and regulatory requirements.
*Analyse product performance and customer insights to support proposition enhancements.
*Manage product enquiries and provide guidance to stakeholders.
*Support policy wording updates, insurer onboarding and customer communications.
Essential
*Experience in a product, proposition, operations, compliance, analytical or similar role.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to analyse information and communicate effectively.
*A proactive approach and willingness to learn in a regulated environment.
Desirable
*Experience within insurance or financial services.
*Exposure to product governance, customer journeys or regulatory documentation.
*Knowledge of comparison sites such as Defaqto or Moneyfacts.
*Motor insurance experience would be advantageous.
