Full job descriptionConveyancing Paralegal - Swansea
My client, a highly reputable, multi service law firm is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their high performing property department in Swansea.
Competitive Salary + Generous Benefits
The Role:
*Assist fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors throughout the transaction process
*Prepare contract packs, legal documents and correspondence
*Obtain searches, review documentation and assist with enquiries
*Support with exchanges, completions and post completion matters
*Provide regular updates to clients and respond to queries in a timely manner
*Maintain accurate case management records and ensure files are progressed efficiently
*Assist with Land Registry applications and other conveyancing administration as required
The Candidate:
*Possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a Conveyancing role
*Have experience dealing with clients either face to face or over the phone
*Experience in dealing with Sale and Purchase transactions
*Have excellent attention to detail
*Have the ability to build strong client relationships
*Possess excellent interpersonal skills
