Full job descriptionOur client, a dynamic, award-winning financial services firm, are seeking a Investment Administrator to join their Transfers team. As part of a growing Operations function, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate investment administration while contributing to ongoing process enhancements.
About the Role
As an Investment Administrator within the Transfers Team, you will support the full lifecycle of client asset transfers, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within internal service standards.
*Manage transfer requests from initiation through to completion across a range of transfer types
*Process daily administrative tasks within agreed service levels
*Use relevant industry tools and systems to facilitate electronic transfers
*Liaise with external parties to ensure smooth and timely progression of transfers
*Communicate updates clearly and professionally to both internal teams and external stakeholders
*Resolve transfer-related issues promptly and accurately
*Support cross-team workflows through broad training across relevant functions
*Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client outcomes
*Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of accuracy, quality-checked on the same day
*Contribute to a collaborative team culture where ideas and improvements are welcomed
*Full training will be provided, with ongoing support for your professional development
