Description
*Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
*Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
*Oversee quality control processes across production lines, identifying areas for improvement.
*Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to internal and external quality requirements.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
*Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
*Analyse quality metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making and process enhancements.
*Maintain effective communication with suppliers and customers regarding quality matters.
Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
*Degree qualified or equivalent
*7+ years of experience in QA / quality management
*Skilled in QMS tools (FMEA, 8D, audit)
*Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001
*Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Continuous Improvement trained knowledge
*Experience in people coaching and development
