Robert Half Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a highly successful and aggressively growing business based in North West Leeds to recruit a driven and ambitious Finance Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to accelerate their career within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role:
Reporting into senior finance , you will play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making across the business. This is a highly visible position offering strong exposure to stakeholders and the opportunity to really add value.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting monthly management accounts and financial reporting
*Delivering meaningful analysis on performance and business trends
*Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
*Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to support decision making
*Developing reports and improving financial processes and controls
*Supporting ongoing projects as the business continues to grow
About You:
*Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE
*Proven experience in a similar finance role with exposure to analysis/reporting
*Ambitious, proactive and commercially minded
*Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret data clearly
*Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders
