Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
*Processing invoices
*Reconciling supplier statements and keeping the bank accounts up to date
*Handling bank reconciliations for one main account
*Managing credit control, including sending out invoices and chasing payments by phone and email (with support from the FC)
*Supporting the day-to-day accountancy needs of the business
What you will need:
*Previous experience in a similar role (Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Accounts Clerk, or similar)
*Hands-on experience with Xero (or similar accounting software)
*A full UK driver’s licence
*At least 1 year’s experience in finance
*A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to get on with people
*Ambition to progress and develop your career
