About the roleHays Education are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking School Cleaners to work within a friendly and welcoming school in Hastings.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment and play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic space for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
*Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas.
*Emptying bins and replenishing supplies.
*Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
*Following health and safety and COSHH regulations.
*Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained.
Essential requirements
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Mandatory)
*Previous cleaning experience
*Strong attention to detail and reliability.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining a safe school environment
