Your Responsibilities:
*Supporting clients with personal care, medication, and meal preparation
*Providing companionship and promoting independence
*Encouraging social engagement and emotional well-being
*Respecting individual preferences and dignity in every aspect of care
*Accurately recording visits and collaborating with colleagues
What You’ll Need:
*A full UK driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle. This is a community position, and therefore, you will need to hold a full UK Licence and have access to your own car.
*A genuine passion for helping others
*Strong communication skills and a caring nature
*Ability to work independently and within a team
*Understanding of care standards, policies, and safeguarding (training provided)
*We don’t offer Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Shifts Available: Day shifts, night shifts, weekends, flexitime
COVID-19 Measures: Full PPE is provided and required for all staff.
