£50,000 - £60,000 - Permanent
Robert Half Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, acquisitive manufacturing business in Leeds to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a varied and high-impact role, blending management accounts ownership with genuine business partnering, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance and influence decision-making.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will perform the following duties:
*Monthly management accounts & reporting
*Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
*Stakeholder partnering across operations and leadership
*Delivering insight to support commercial decisions
*Supporting integration of acquisitions
About you:
*Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
*Strong grounding in management accounts and financial reporting
*Proven experience in a similar Finance business partner / management accountant role
*Experience within manufacturing or a product-led environment is advantageous
*Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business
