Working Pattern
*Full-time (40 hours per week)
*Monday to Friday
*Rotating shifts: 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm
The Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
You will:
*Lead and supervise warehouse teams to ensure accurate picking, packing and dispatch
*Drive performance against KPIs, budgets and service levels
*Ensure full compliance with health & safety and operational standards
*Motivate, coach and develop your team to achieve their best
*Manage performance, absence, and employee relations matters
*Monitor stock handling, quality control and hygiene standards
*Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation
*Plan and manage resources effectively, including peak periods
*Produce accurate reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders
What we’re looking for
*Proven experience in warehouse operational management or supervision
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and inspire a team
*Experience managing performance, disciplinaries and investigations
*A hands-on, proactive approach with strong decision-making skills
*Good IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
*Strong numeracy and methodical working style
*Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures
Desirable:
*Flexi and Counterbalance forklift licences
*Experience operating MHE equipment
